This tuner knows exactly which pitches you are tuning to and will not allow you to mistakenly tune to, for example, an A#, when you wish to tune to an A. Or, turn on the pitch generator and match your strings to the tone produced by the tuner. Easily cycle through the correct reference pitches – tuner will only play the correct notes for your instrument (according to the mode selected). Ideal for young players, who are often confused by more complex chromatic tuners. Also has modes for guitar, double bass, mandolin, banjo, and resophonic guitar.
For those with fretted instruments, the sharp/flat key will adjust the tuner in 1/2 step increments, allowing you to tune without removing your capo!
